Lexpactum

A negotiation that protects everyone in it.

Four stages from first draft to signed-ready document, and clear boundaries on who sees what, enforced by the system rather than by trust.

  1. 01

    Prepare in private

A partner opens their case and works through each topic with a private copilot. They draft a position and the reasoning behind it. Nothing is shared yet, and the copilot thread belongs to them alone.

  2. 02

    Submit and seal

When ready, the partner submits. The position is sealed, fixed for this round, and the round dashboard updates their status to done. Others still see only status, never content.

  3. 03

    The round closes

Once every partner has submitted (or the master closes the round), the gate opens. Only now does any position content become eligible to be read, and only as part of the synthesis.

  4. 04

    Synthesis and draft

The master triggers the synthesis. Lexpactum clusters positions, reports agreements, disagreements and gaps anonymously, proposes an agenda for what’s unresolved, and drafts the agreement topic by topic.

Three roles. Clear lines.

Partner

Their own copilot and positions. After a round closes: the anonymized synthesis and the draft. Never another partner’s raw position or thread.

Master

The case setup, round status, and the convergence report. Triggers synthesis and opens rounds. A master who is also a partner keeps the two hats separate.

Facilitator

Coordinates the process and timing. A pure facilitator never reads private positions or copilot content; the role carries orchestration, not access.
